For Exchange / Return request:
1. Please contact us first before sending back the product(even for defected items). You can reach us via Q & A Board or email us at email@example.com
-All request for return or exchange is subject for approval.
-Once approved, we will guide you through the returning process.
2. All customers will be responsible for returning shipping costs.
3. For defected items, we will be compensating the return shipping cost.
Exchange / Return will not be accepted if:
1. Tag is removed.
2. Product is damage due to mishandling.
3. Item was returned after 14 days from received date. Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).
4. Product shows sign of wearing/washing.
5. Item has any marks or stain.
